PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR RECRUITMENT OF TEACHERS (TRAINERS)
in Tetovo

11 February 2013, Monday

The project: "Improving the recruitment of women from minority communities through profiling / assessment, training and job counseling", funded by the EU, started with implementation from 28 November 2012 and will last 15 months. The project is implementing by a consortium of four organizations: International Organization Internationaler Bund eV, Verbund Württemberg (Germany), Associations of citizens of the RM "DERYA" from Skopje, "IRHOM" from Skopje and the Women's Forum - Tetovo. The project is financed by the Operational Programme for Human Resources Development 2007-2013 (IPA Component IV).

Association of citizens of the RM “Womens Forum” is announcing the call for recruitment of teachers (trainers) for the explained areas below that could carry out the trainings. Recrutied teachers (trainers) will be recruited for the period of 7 months within the overall project duration due to implementation of project activities and conducting training courses. Training courses shall be conducted in the premises already equipped within the project and managed by the Grant Beneficiary and its partner organizations.

Each selected teacher (trainer) shall closely work with the Training Manager appointed for certain location in Tetovo and it is foreseen to perform the following tasks:
- Assess the level of skills of the candidates;
- Define the training programme in of the learning course and its outcomes at the beginning of the assignment (first 10 working days);
- Design of the training course, which has to be adjusted to the assessed level of the skills;
- Develop training materials and training plan, as well regular update;
- Delivery of training courses in duration of April-June 2013 and September-November 2013 (each training shall be implemented three times per week);
- Drafting monthly training reports and final training report and submission to Training Manager.

Expected deliverables:
- Training course programme and training “implemented” curricula (methodology for implementation);
- Training plan;
- Monthly training reports to be submitted to the Training Manager;
- Final training report and evaluation of participants’ feedback of the course;
- Learning outcomes;
- Training materials.

For the purpose of conducting training courses in Tetovo the following vacant positions within the project are announced:

1) Teachers (trainer) who will implement the computers courses in Tetovo (1 teacher)

 Basic course on computer skills - Microsoft Office Programmes (bases of the concept of ICT, managing files, Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook, and/or Internet)..

Criteria for selection:
 At least Bachelor of Science in IT Studies or Mathematics-Informatics;
 At least one training programme / curricula developed and conducted on the computer courses (Microsoft Office Programmes);
 Ability to work in a team;
 Good communicational skills..

2) Teachers (trainer) who will implement the Housekeeping/Cleaning courses in Tetovo (1 teachers)
 Basic course in Housekeeping/Cleaning
Criteria for selection:
 At least high school / or at least 2 years working experience in hairdressing;;
 Certificates in housekeeping/cleaning courses attained;
 Ability to work in a team;
 Good communicational skills.

3) Teachers (trainer) who will implemen the courses for cutting, sewing and embroidery, on the territory of the Municipality of Tetovo in village of Dobroshte (1 teacher) and in village of Shipkovica (1 teacher)
 Basic course on cutting, sewing and embroidery
Criteria
 At least Bachelor of Science in textile and / or garment production; and / or at least 2 years proven working experience in textile and / or garment industry;
 Certificates from attained courses on cutting, sewing and embroidery;
 Aability to work in a team;
 Good communicational skills.

4) Teacher (trainer) who will implement course for hairdressing in village of Pershevce (1 teacher)
 Basic course on hairdressing.
Criteria for selection:
 At least Bachelor of Science and / or at least 2 years working experience in hairdressing;
 Certificates in hairdressing courses attained;
 Ability to work in a team;
 Good communicational skills.

- Copies of certificates and or references.

Deadline for applications is 19 February 2013 (17:00h)

All candidates shall be ranked on basis of assessment against the above given criteria for each position. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and invited for an interview.

Applications with incomplete and invalid documents received after the deadline set in the public announcement will not be considered for further selection.

Note:
Civil servants and other staff currently employed by public administrations of the Beneficiary Country are not eligible to apply as experts.
Teachers (trainers) must be independent and free from conflicts of interest in the responsibilities defined by this public announcement.
The selected teachers (trainers) will need to sign a Declaration of availability.
