Cyberlink has an exciting opportunity for a full-time, tech-minded, dynamic, results-driven individual highly motivated and experienced sales and business development manager to drive revenue and sales for this fast-growing. Candidate will assist in managing CyberLink’s work with the CEO Ein-Sof to set sales and business strategy.

Job description

The successful candidate will serve as a Business Development/Sales Manager to the Sales and Marketing department.

Qualification requirements

Responsibilities will include:
• Assist the globalization of CyberLink on the world market through our offices in USA and Germany and launching new, already developed online CyberLink services;
• Build business development structure ready to follow this concept;
• Work closely with Executive Director and staff to execute strategic business and sales plan;
• Work directly with potential customers and business partners to close sales for the company;
• Develop strong relationships with clients, vendors and technologists;
• Follow financial modeling: monthly prospects and leads updates and quarterly forecasting;
• Track and analyze sales results and drive plans to improve key business metrics;
• Work with staff on marketing, advertising and promotion planning, including identifying opportunities for the company worldwide;
• Leverage social networking and customer relationship management tools;
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business;
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements worldwide;
• Responsible for identifying new business opportunities within new markets;
• Maintaining customer satisfaction and following up with existing accounts;
• Engaging in strategic analysis, marketing, sales and product development;
• Prioritizes opportunities and activities to maximize sales productivity.


Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of business development experience and direct experience in e-commerce, social media or rich media advertising industries, managing online services/businesses.
• Proven track record in closing sales, delivering independent financial, competitive and business analyses; excellent contract negotiation skills.
• Advanced negotiator with demonstrable record of success in and understanding of the online marketing environment and trends (including search, display, social media, mobile, partnerships).
• Long-term strategic planner; results-driven, superior cross-group collaboration and communication skills and organizational agility.
• Knowledge of and passion for business, technology and the levers that drive hardware, software and services sales for media.
• Experience with site and product launch and implementation.
• Self-driven team player with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality, business profit and accountability. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Ability to travel.

Education:

• Required: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business-related area or computer-related field. This includes courses in marketing, economics, communications, computer science, information systems and mathematics.
Work experience:
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Personal skills and competences
Languages:
• Required: English – proficient user.

Technical skills:
• Required: High degree of competency with Internet, E-mail, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. High comfort level with latest social networking tools and mobile communications.

Communication, organizational and other skills:
• Analytical skills, compromise, coordination and diversity management skills create project management system, revamp marketing message, develop customer service training and improve community relations.

Competitive base salary 150.000,00 denars gross amount plus bonus plan, Business Development Manager is provided with salary and benefits, as governed by the Performance Management process.
