Job description
The successful candidate will serve as a Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist to the Sales and Marketing department.

Qualification requirements
Responsibilities will include:
The typical activities vary, but may include the following:
• Work with technical and non-technical customer representatives or from reports, to identify industry trends, needs and marketing and sales opportunities.
• Plan, develop, organize, and implement variety of small and medium social media marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Maintain effective internal and external business relationships.

Requirements:
Proven Ability in:
• Media marketing techniques to increase visibility, membership and traffic;
• Ability to work in an international environment and Interpersonal Skills and Teamwork;
• Initiative, and Adaptability and Flexibility;
• Communication skills, Business Fundamentals;
• Knowledge of Leading and developing social media programs;
• Implementation and execution of social media strategies;
• Knowledge Social media tools and techniques;

Education:
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or related Certification, in Information Technology Marketing, preferred E-business and/or related sciences.

Work experience:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Personal skills and competences
Languages:
Required: English – proficient user.

Technical skills:
Preffered:
• Adobe Illustrator;
• Adobe Fireworks;
• Adobe Dreamweaver.

Required:
• High degree of competency with Internet, E-mail, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• High comfort level with latest social networking tools and mobile communications;
• Adobe Photoshop software;
• MS Office.

Communication, organizational and other skills:
• Analytical skills, compromise, coordination and diversity management skills create project management system, revamp marketing message, develop customer service training and improve community relations.
