PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR RECRUITMENT OF CHILD CARER in Tetovo

The project: \"Improving the recruitment of women from minority communities through profiling / assessment, training and job counseling\\\", funded by the EU, started with implementation from 28 November 2012 and will last 15 months. The project is implementing by a consortium of four organizations: International Organization Internationaler Bund eV, Verbund Württemberg (Germany), Associations of citizens of the RM \"DERYA\" from Skopje, \"IRHOM\" from Skopje and the Women\'s Forum - Tetovo. The project is financed by the Operational Programme for Human Resources Development 2007-2013 (IPA Component IV).Association of citizens Womens Forum - Tetovo is announcing the call for recruitment of child care officer for the keeping and takes care of children from age (3 to 11), during organization of training courses in Tetovo. Recrutied child carer will be recruited for the period of 7 months.Each selected child care officer shall closely work with the Training Manager appointed for certain location in Tetovo. Criteria for selection:- At least University Degree on Philology, Sociology or other social sciences or at least 3 years proven working experience on child care facilities;- Proven Work experience in providing child care services, especially in multi-ethnic communities;- Good communication skills.Expected deliverables: - Training plan; - Monthly training reports to be submitted to the Training Manager;- Final training report and evaluation of participants’ feedback of the course. Chicld care officers must be independent and free from conflicts of interest in the responsibilities defined by this public announcement. The selected child care officer will need to sign a Declaration of availability.
